Wes Stapp, President
Wes is responsible for sales, project management, and contract negotiations. He is also a Florida Certified Building Contractor and the license holder for ACS.
Wes has over 17 years of construction management expertise. He started in the industry with hands-on experience running the day-to-day operations for custom homes, renovations and commercial buildings and sites. He also served in various leadership roles on multiple general contracting projects.
As Director of Construction for a national home builder, Wes managed on-site tasks to ensure projects were running smoothly and on time. He was also the qualifying agent and the license holder for all construction activity — All commercial and residential construction was done under his license.
Wes is also a Certified Florida Stormwater Inspector.
Alan Jalbert, Vice President Purchasing
Alan is responsible for the purchasing and procurement of materials and labor, estimating, and subcontract negotiations.
After serving with the Army for 20 years, Alan has extensive experience in strategic sourcing and logistics management. He also spent five years as a Purchasing Manager, with formal negotiations training, for two national home builders. Alan is also a member of the Institute of Supply Management and is a Certified Florida Stormwater Inspector.
Bonnie Wilinski, Vice President Finance
Bonnie is Controller and is responsible for marketing and business development.
Bonnie is a licensed CPA in the State of Florida, with over 12 years of accounting and finance experience in the construction industry. She received her Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. She has extensive experience in HOA and CDD structure and accounting, and oversaw fiscal responsibilities as Controller for two national home builders.
