Wes Stapp, Partner

Wes is responsible for sales, project management, and contract negotiations. He is also a Florida Certified Building Contractor and the license holder for ACS.

Wes has over 17 years of construction management expertise. He started in the industry with hands-on experience running the day-to-day operations for custom homes, renovations and commercial buildings and sites. He also served in various leadership roles on multiple general contracting projects.

As Director of Construction for a national home builder, Wes managed on-site tasks to ensure projects were running smoothly and on time. He was also the qualifying agent and the license holder for all construction activity — All commercial and residential construction was done under his license.

Wes is also a Certified Florida Stormwater Inspector.

Wayne Broedel, Partner

Wayne also works in sales, project management and contracts for the company. He has spent over 25 years in the construction industry, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to ACS. Wayne was the Orlando area Division President for a national public home builder, where he spent 21 years of his construction and development career. He resides in Winter Garden with his wife and two daughters. Wayne is a Florida Certified Residential Contractor and is also a certified Storm Water Inspector.

Russ Kasper, Partner

Russ directs all of the construction activities for the company. He has been active in the Central Florida construction market since 1979. Russ started in the plumbing industry and then became involved in residential construction as a field supervisor. He spent the last 13 years with a national public home builder where he was the Director of Construction for their Central Florida Division. Russ was born and raised in the Orlando area and currently calls Sorrento his home. Russ is also a certified Storm Water Inspector.

Bonnie Wilinski, Partner

Bonnie is Controller and is responsible for marketing and business development.

Bonnie is a licensed CPA in the State of Florida, with over 12 years of accounting and finance experience in the construction industry. She received her Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. She has extensive experience in HOA and CDD structure and accounting, and oversaw fiscal responsibilities as Controller for two national home builders.
